TeamCity RCE lands in CISA's exploited list

CISA says JetBrains TeamCity CVE-2026-63077 is being exploited, a critical flaw that can let unauthenticated attackers run commands on CI/CD servers. Patch to 2025.11.7 or 2026.1.3 and review exposed build agents.
